Eldar players have had it good for the last couple of months, between serpent shields and holo-fields they’ve been pretty hard to bring down.
Space marines and their grav weapons are about to put an end to that.
When a grav weapon fires at a vehicle and rolls a ‘6’ for its penetration roll, it automatically inflicts an immoblized result.
Since the grav weapon doesn’t actually inflict a penetrating or glancing hit, there are no saves against it (this applies to all vehicles and all types of saves, cover, invul.. PG. 75 rulebook), furthermore, since it is not a penetrating hit, the serpent shield has no effect.
