What started with codex Astra Militarum has spread, more softcover versions of codex books are here!

We knew Games Workshop had purchased a printing company, but it wasn’t until the new Adeptus Mechanicus codex that we had proof they may no longer be printing books in China (perhaps in an attempt to cut down on the the book counterfeiting).

So it looks like GW is cranking up production on the soft cover books, and I’d imagine we’ll see them here in the US soon. Perhaps they are looking for a US printer to buy to make the North American supply chain easier.

All the softcovers are coming in at the lower pricepoint of £25, a £5 reduction compared to the standard £30 hardcover prices listed previously, which may end up being the old codex price of $33 here in the states.

Keep in mind too that the previous hardcovers are gone for codex AM, Tau!  Perhaps the Hard Cover treatment will be just for the first print run OR a thing of the past all together!
