So I actually use this guy in an honour guard as a Tech Adept. Yes, I know those rules don’t exist anymore, but a veteran with a power axe will do rules wise. It is the fluff that matters more to me in this case, and thus why he is used as such. Retcon are just silly anyway.
So this is just a normal web-exclusive Techmarine, with the exception of the old Chaos Raptor jump pack, which just worked IMO. As well, I got all the parts for him like back in 2008, so before there were even Heresy models to take old packs from.
