There is a ton of fluff in this 136 page Battletome that gives a good background on Tzeentch, individual units and named characters to kinda give you an idea of where all of these things are coming from.
Then it gets into the painted miniature section, which is some great looking stuff. It definitely gives you a lot to look at and study for painting ideas for your own Tzeentch army.
The new Tzeentch Allegiance Abilities are also in this Battletome that the new Destiny Dice go directly along with.
Not only are there Artefacts of Power, but there are also Daemonic Gifts thathave to be paired up and allows you to play your army exactly how you want to play them.
