Marines, marines, and more marines as their new 8th Edition Rules keep popping up. He is a quick look at Draigo’s Grey Knights!
Found over on Imgur are the rule sets for most of the Space Marine chapters. We have teased Blood Angels, space marine vehicles, heroes, and more. Now, let’s take a look at how the Grey Knights will be in 8th Edition.
The Grey Knights are making a push to hopefully be more widely used in 8th Edition. With being able to re-roll failed wound rolls for attacks made in the Fight Phase, Teleport Strike set up during the Deployment Phase and being able to teleport in during any Movement Phase, perhaps new tactics and lists can be made up. Also, the psykers for the Grey Knights draw their psychic powers from the Sanctic Discipline and not the Librarius Discipline.
Lord Draigo carries a nice array of weapons and 7 wounds. He also has some nice buff skills that will allow squads within range to re-roll damage rolls, hit rolls, and give himself a 3+ Invulnerable save. Aside from the Malleus Argryum available to Voldus, there is no further difference between him and a Grandmaster. The point cost for each is : Voldus – 190 and the Grandmaster – 160.
