Grand Admiral Thrawn: the most tactically efficient genius to grace a battle. Star Wars Destiny is about to get a lot more dangerous with this guy running around. His die is very much suited to his tactical prowess, featuring 2 focus sides. He also has a plan for funding as his die features the only natural 2 resource side of any in Destiny. Thrawn will benefit greatly from Tactical Mastery.
Tactical Mastery was made for this character., giving him the ability to perform 2 additional actions. After you activate Thrawn, you can use his signature ability to guess a number and discard a card from your opponent’s hand that matches the same number, and you can then use your other action to activate your other character: Kylo Ren!
Kylo Ren has good synergy with Admiral Thrawn, being able to figure out what cards are in your opponent’s hand to use as a target for Kylo’s special ability. This will also give Kylo access to some thrilling new Red Villain cards.
Ruthless Tactics works perfectly with Kylo, as his character dice features a resource cost. His 2 melee could be resolved as 3 with this new card! Even Kylo Ren’s Lightsaber will have awesome synergy with Ruthless Tactics.
Kylo Ren’s Lightsaber also features a 3 melee for a resource cost that will be increased to 4 melee with Ruthless Tactics. This card will open up all kinds of new ways to surprise your opponent with massive damage.
