The New Scyk Skwad: X-Wing Tactics

The most vile and prolific band of Scum and Villainy has joined together to form a squadron the likes you’ve never seen before. I’m talking about the Scyk!


The big bad boss herself, Serissu, leads the squad. Serissu lends a helping hand by allowing each friendly squad within distance 1 to reroll 1 defense die. This can keep the humble Scyk Interceptor alive and well with its healthy defense of 3 green dice.

Also helpful is the Heavy Scyk Interceptor title, which adds an additional hull to their frame. It also adds the benefit of a secondary weapon. Tractor Beams are great for Serissu, who can reduce an enemy’s agility so that the rest of the squad can wreak havoc.
Genesis Red acts as a second in command for the Scyk Skwad. Genesis Red can boost your offensive output by being able to assign focus and evade tokens to  to himself until he has the same amount as his locked ship. This can be the bane of enemy Aces.Inaldra can follow up on Genesis Red by being able to keep the attack pressure on. Inaldra has the ability to spend 1 shield to reroll any number of dice, be it attack or defense. This can keep the damage coming and but a hurt on the enemy.

Sunny Bounder rounds out the Scyk Skwad. Sunny is the perfect candidate for the Heavy Laser Cannon, as this will allow the greatest benefit to his pilot ability. After you roll dice, if any of your results are the same, add 1 matching result. With all 4 being hits from an HLC, why not add one more?
