Plastic Sisters Coming To Kickstarter Next Week!

sister-walpaper lg

Plastic Sisters and tanks may finally be on the way from a Kickstarter coming next week, but it won’t be from Games Workshop.

Editor’s Note: No where in the article do we mention the term Sisters of Battle or even Adeptas Sororitas, nor does Shieldwolf Miniatures claim they are doing Sisters of Battle or Adeptas Sororitas.

This is their own take on sci-fi female paladins which, while their designs obviously vary from that of a certain other company, could interest a number of people.

So if you’re looking for plastic Sisters of Battle, (or Adeptas Sororitas) well they obviously are not a real thing.

Shieldmaiden just announced their new Warmaidens & Dragonbreds Kickstarter and it’s featuring plastic Sisters. Let’s take a look at what they had to say about it.

The new project will include both sci-fi and fantasy armies. Due to the augmented funding we now have from the boardgame abandonment, we will be fully funding the sci-fi versions to help make a larger entrance in the sci-fi arena.

This is the video teaser regarding the Wolves, which should interest backers from this project to complement their nordic armies.

This is the video teaser regarding the Paladins, which expands our Kingom of Talliareum also in plastic kits.

And we also have the Warmaidens and even more surprises coming from the East, but one step at a time; we’ll have 3 whole weeks to hopefully get to all of them.

This is the moment many Warahammer fans out there have been waiting for! No more need to spam Warhammer’s Facebook asking for plastic Sisters anymore. These teaser images look absolutely amazing.

Oh, and did we mention, they’re going to be getting tanks as well…

Shieldmaden has finally done what Games Workshop hasn’t, gave the fans what they’ve been asking for. Plastic Sisters is finally becoming a reality, and the Kickstarter starts next week, September 18th. Shieldmaden is doing a great job at making sure no one feels left out either.

One last thing; unlike our previous kickstarter projects, we won’t be having any Early Birds this time, we found it unfair for that to be decided by place of stay; to us here at Shieldwolf Miniatures, your support is equally appreciated regardless of what part of the globe you reside in. You share our vision, we’ll make sure to complement yours!

Therefore, 1st day backers (24 hours) will all receive free miniature(s) in order to additionally thank you for your support. These miniature(s) will be available for later backers as add-ons, so nobody feels like they missed out on anything.

I think that’s all for now, we’ll see you next month! 🙂

The Shieldwolf Team.

This Kickstarter seems like it’s going to be extremely popular, and not one you’re going to want to miss out on. Head on over to Shieldmaden’s Kickstarter page on September 18th, show them your support, and pick yourself up some plastic Sisters while you’re at it.
