Fantasy Flight has announced that a new Latari hero is coming to lead the Latari with kindness and strength in the fight for Terrinoth!
Maegan Cyndewin saw her mother cut down by the Uthuk Y’llan and swore revenge. She wandered the realm, learning to focus her power and learned the dark truth: her father was responsible for summoning the dark forces that murdered her mother. Cyndewin has risen to lead the Latari and seeks redemption for the crimes of her blood line. The Maegan Cyndewin Hero Expansion contains two customizable miniatures, tokens, terrain, six powerful upgrades, and more.
Cyndewin is a warrior queen and master of the mystic arts. She bears the Lethal keyword that is equal to the number of natural energy runes and Protected based on the number of stable energy runes on the field. Her ability, High Circle of Lithelin, allows her to pass her magic to units who stand beside her by being able to equip one upgrade from the ‘Sorceress’ units. Mobile as a leonx rider, Maegan Cyndewin has five blue actions that can be paired with another five blue modifiers in addition to two white modifiers. She also has red melee and ranged attacks that can be paired with bonus surges. Her initiative falls between 3 and 7.
Cyndewin has 6 powerful upgrade cards to choose from. Arcane Mastery allows her to choose an enemy between Range 1 and the number of unstable energy runes in play. That unit receives a panic token. The she chooses an enemy between Range 1 and the number of natural energy runes in play. That unit has one boon removed. Finally, she chooses yet another enemy unit between Range 1 and the number of stable energy runes in play. The enemy receives a stun token. Her namesake upgrade card allows her to use tap into natural or unstable energy runes when attacking. This means she can use the power that Uthuk Y’llan uses against them.

Compatible with the Latari Elves faction, the Maegan Cyndewin Hero Expansion comes with one cavalry plastic figure, an infantry plastic figure, as well as new terrain, objective, and deployment cards. Six new upgrade cards allow you to customize your Latari army as Lady Cyndewin leads them into battle!
