The moment GW has been talking about is finally here. World of Tanks: Macragge’s Thunder is now live, and it’s time for Tank Week!
All week Games Workshop will be running Tank Week, giving us a closer look at some of the tanks from the Warhammer universe. Let’s take a look some new trailers for Macragge’s Thunder and see what GW had to say about Tank Week.
It’s Tank Week! Every day this week, we’ll be celebrating the heavy armour of the 41st Millennium right here on Warhammer Community as well as on the Warhammer 40,000 Facebook page. We’re very excited about World of Tanks: Blitz and we’re having a great time test driving the Predator and Vindicator for ourselves.
There is all sorts of awesome tank content planned for the next week, from painting videos, to battle reports, to a poll to let you have your say on which tank is best.
In order to get both tanks in WoT Blitz you’ll need to complete three series of tasks, to complete the task you’ll need to collect three different emblems. You’ll receive 10 Ultramarine emblems per 650 experience points, which can be gained by completing missions and battles, 500 Damage gets you 100 Imperial Fist emblems, and the Dark Angels emblems will only be available in three chest that you’ll be able open daily.
Our friends at Wargaming have also made some great videos looking at the Predator and Vindicator, including an animated cinematic written by legendary Warhammer author Gav Thorpe himself!
The Wot Blitz: Macragge’s Thunder looks like a fun event, but completing those missions don’t look to be an easy task. So, if you’re looking at getting your hands on one of these then you might want to start sooner rather than later. Tank Week will be running all week, giving us a closer look at the different tanks of Warhammer 40,000.
