Dalan Oberos is a Scum Ace extraordinaire! He has mastered a number of Scum ships in X-wing, but the Kimogila is what he will be flying today.
Dalan Oberos, in his Kimogila Fighter, has a pilot ability based around target locks and his bullseye firing arc. At the start of the combat phase, you may acquire a target lock on an enemy ship inside your bullseye firing arc. If you fly just right you can get some action economy out of Dalan by using other actions and wait for lining up the perfect shot for a bullseye!
Harpoon Missiles are perfect for Dalan. This 4 point missile upgrade requires a target lock to fire, but you don’t have to spend it. More synergy can be used with this fact, but for now harpooning your enemies will be a great way to get damage onto enemy ships fast. Discarding the card to fire it is a moot point since the Kimogila has a reload action to ready up the Harpoon Missiles for another turn. 
Since Dalan has target lock synergy, and an Unhinged Astromech slot, add R4-B11 to the mix. When attacking, if you have a target lock on the defender, you may spend a target lock to choose any or all defense dice and the defender must reroll them. Since you don’t have to spend your target lock to fire Harpoon Missiles, you can spend it after you attack to use R4-B11’s ability. This can help make your Harpoons be more accurate. 
Rolling 4 attack dice is powerful, but they may need some extra help in hitting your target. Guidance Chips are a fantastic upgrade for 0 points that will allow you to change 1 of your dice to a crit. Use this to turn blanks into critical damage and cripple your enemy ships!
