Craving a laid back non WAAC 40k tournament you can enjoy with a friend on a team? It’s almost time for the West Coast’s SoCal Long War Doubles team tournament!

The Long War Doubles Bringing Hobby Back team tournament will be taking place January 20th & 21st at SoCal Games & Comics in Temecula, CA.

A Single Team Ticket good for 2 players to enter our Bring the hobby back Doubles Team Tournament.

Jan 20, 21st 2018
SoCal Games & Comics / Long War Social mixer on Friday night Jan 19th, 2018 address TBD.

Our doubles tournament allows each player to bring 1000 point force, which you will combine with your teammate to form a 2000 point team.
Specific army composition rules are available in our DRAFT tournament pack, but the general guideline is that nearly everything is legal.
But here’s the rub, your team’s army composition score is judged by your opponents.

Warhammer Tournament

You will be scored on the strength of your victory along with the following elements:

  • Theme
  • Painting
  • Composition
  • Sportsmanship

Awards & prize support in multiple categories:

  • Tournament Champion
  • Best General
  • Best Painted
  • Best Sports
  • …and more

Registration has already begun, ticket cost is $100 per team, and there are still a few tickets available. So make sure you head over to SoCal Games & Comics  and pick yours up before they’re completely sold out.
