The Resistance has some of the best pilots in the galaxy, and Blue Ace is no exception. Use this build to try and keep up with Poe Dameron!
Blue Ace may seem like a “baby” ace at pilot skill 5, but he is not to be taken for granted! His pilot ability is nuts, being able to perform boosts as 1 turns at will. This can set up perfect maneuvers in which he can wiggle out of enemy firing arcs and at the same time set up the perfect shot. Let’s start building this bad boy up! 
Since Blue Ace doesn’t have an Elite slot, he can gain one with the help of an Astromech. R2-D6 is a 1 point Astromech that allows Blue Ace to gain an Elite slot, This can open up a whole world of options for him, but we are going to narrow it down.
Since Blue Ace will be getting some serious action out of his boosts, Intensity can help him even further. After Blue Ace performs a boost, he may assign 1 evade or focus token to his ship. This will require him to flip Intensity over, and he cannot flip it back until he spends a focus. Let’s try and mitigate the downside with another great upgrade. 
Advanced Optics works like Comms Net, except it allows you to keep unspent focus tokens. This can be great by first performing a focus as you start your attack run. Then use Blue Ace’s boost and free evade from Intensity to go into battle full of tokens!
