Star Destroyers are all about getting up close and personal, but this Kuat build will take it to the next level in Star Wars Armada.
The Kuat ISD is the new hotness on the Imperial side of Star Wars Armada. This close-medium range beast is designed to get in your face an unleash a powerful salvo that includes a wicked ordnance punch. This ship is designed to be a ship hunter and that’s the way we are building it today! 
To start off, this brawler needs a powerful defense to go along with its powerful offense. Seventh Fleet Star Destroyer is a 5 point title upgrade that can help mitigate incoming damage. While defending against an attack that targets your front hull zone (the largest on an ISD) you may exhaust a copy of this card on another friendly ship at range 1-4 to reduce the total damage by 1. Keep a Gladiator or a Victory Star Destroyer nearby with Seventh Fleet and the Kuat can tank even more damage! 
Since this ship will be aggressive, overlapping enemy ships can help you keep them in place to deliver a vicious punch. Normally this would result in you taking damage as well, but not with Hardened Bulkheads. When you overlap a ship of a smaller size class, or you’re overlapped by a ship of smaller size class, deal 1 fewer facedown damage card to your ship. This can allow you to bump with impunity as you keep your target locked down in place. 
Once you have locked down a Rebel ship by overlapping them or getting in their way so that they can’t escape, make sure that you have a double arc lined up. If so, use Rapid Reload to make it so that you can attack from your side arc with 3 black, 1 red, and 1 blue dice before you unload with a front arc of 3 black, 2 blue, and 3 red. That little Rebel ship will really be hurting after a salvo of that magnitude!
