In a change of events, the Soulblight Gravelords FAQ has made the Cursed City Characters from Radukar’s Court more viable in games of AoS.
Warhammer Community released a bunch of updates to various AoS FAQs, with one of them being the Soulblight Gravelords. Let’s go over the changes and what the impact might be.
New FAQ Let’s Us Play With Cursed City Characters Separately!
Among other more minor clarity changes, one of the new updates specifically targets Radukar’s Court. In its original form, if you wanted to take any of these characters you had to take the entire bundle of them, similar to Underworlds Warbands.
However, with this simple change, you can now take them all individually, which might make them more viable. At first, it was just too expensive to dedicate so much room to a hodgepodge of characters. With some being better than others, now you can pick and choose which ones are best for you and still leave space for the rest of the army.
In the case that these do become more viable options for Gravelord lists, you might want to pick up a cursed city box. However, you can’t get it through GW anymore.
