Here are all the new Games Workshop releases all the way from mid-January that are still available across platforms, with links to where you can still find them.

Most of these Games Workshop releases are orderable, but they might be low on stock or higher in price already on the secondary market. So be sure to check out all of the offerings and pick up anything you might want while they are still available…

New AoS Slaves To Darkness, General’s Handbook: Pricing & Links

Some interesting prices are included in this one, just something to keep an eye on. However, it is nice to see the Slaves to Darkness finally get a rework, and the General’s Handbook should spice up the meta!

This multipart plastic kit builds one Chaos Lord on Karkadrak, an ideal unit for tearing through enemy lines and taking out the toughest of foes. Anything lucky enough to survive the Lord’s wicked blades will be torn to shreds by his mount’s claws. This kit comes with a choice of heads so you can personalise your army’s commander by fielding him with or without a helmet.

This multipart plastic kit builds Eternus, Blade of the First Prince – the immortal enforcer of Be’lakor’s will. Chaos Warriors Retail Price: $60

This multipart plastic kit builds 10 Chaos Warriors – the armoured core of the Everchosen’s legions, formidable on the defence and fearsome on the assault. Each Chaos Warrior carries a Chaos runeshield, and can be armed with either a murderous weapon – in the form of a sword, axe, maul, or hammer – or a long-handled, ensorcelled halberd. The kit also provides components to build one model as an Aspiring Champion with a unique murderous weapon and a choice of unique heads, as well as a Hornblower musician and a Standard Bearer with a choice of two banners and two Chaotic sigils.

This has also been a long time coming, but now the basic Warriors are finally able to be bought on their own with a new musician and standard miniature as well!

Chaos Knights Retail Price: $65

This multipart plastic kit builds five Chaos Knights – elite, bone-crushing cavalry sworn to the Ruinous Powers. These mounted warriors wield cursed lances and Chaos runeshields, outfitted with menacing armour and ornate barding. Cloaks billowing behind them, hooves kicked up in a charge, these models convey a terrifying momentum atop their warped war steeds. The kit includes components to build one model as a Doom Knight champion, who can be armed with a cursed flail or ensorcelled warhammer instead of a lance, and comes with a choice of alternate helmets as well as a unique runeshield and steed head. As the end of the old start collecting, anyone can pick up the Knights separately, and with more options than the once from that box to boot!

Ogroid Theridons Retail Price: $65

This multipart plastic kit builds three Ogroid Theridons – ferocious warriors who loom above most mortal soldiery. Each Theridon can be armed with your choice of brutal weaponry – either a two-handed goroan great axe, or a goroan falchion and shield. The kit also includes components to build one model as a Thorakon champion with a unique shield boss, and to assemble the other two models as a proud Banner Bearer and a horn-blowing Charge-caller musician.

You’ll find plenty of cosmetic options to mix up your Ogroid Theridons – the kit’s shields, pauldrons, and axe heads are entirely interchangeable, as are the five different faces and five sets of horns. Slaves to Darkness Dice Set Retail Price: $40 (Price Increase)

This set includes 20 six-sided, round-edged dice that measure 16mm along each edge. They are cast in black plastic with white pips and the skull inside an eight-pointed star icon of the Slaves to Darkness emblazoned on each 6 face.

And as with most updates, you can get this new set of dice to commemorate the release if you need more D6s in your life.

White Dwarf Issue 484 Retail Price: $11

The first instalment of White Dwarf for 2023 is a bumper issue full of Boarding Actions content that sheds new light on this game mode and introduces missions and rules to fight battles on a warp-touched space hulk. There are also plenty of extra rules and articles covering your other favourite Warhammer games in this action packed issue.

This multipart plastic kit builds a Cadian Command Squad, made up of a Cadian Commander and four Veteran Guardsmen. The Cadian Commander is armed with your choice of a laspistol, bolt pistol, or plasma pistol in one hand, and a chainsword, power sword, or power fist for the other. Each of the accompanying Veterans is equipped differently – one field medic with a lasgun and medi-pack, one vox operator with a laspistol and master vox system, one bodyguard with a laspistol and your choice of chainsword, power sword, or power fist, and one standard bearer carrying a lasgun alongside a regimental standard. The bodyguard and banner bearer can each instead be built as weapons specialists, armed with your choice of a flamer, grenade launcher, meltagun, or plasma gun.

This multipart plastic kit builds three Heavy Weapons Teams – paired infantry soldiers crewing a portable gun. Each team can be armed with your choice of a heavy bolter, missile launcher, mortar, autocannon, or lascannon. The kit includes plenty of cosmetic options to mix things up – extra ammo, seven different heads, a variety of poses, and equipment such as vox-sets and magnoculars for spotters and loaders – so no two teams ever need look alike. These teams can be fielded together as Heavy Weapons Squads, or combined with the Cadian Shock Troops kit to form Infantry Squads with attached Heavy Weapons Teams.

This kit comprises 127 plastic components, and is supplied with 3x Citadel 50mm Round Bases. Lay fire down range with these heavy weapon options. Wild that it appears only to be one sprue that can make several different teams. One of the limiting factors seems to be the bipod that attaches to another leg to form a tripod.

Rogal Dorn Battle Tank Retail Price: $90 €70 £55

This multipart plastic kit builds a Rogal Dorn Battle Tank – a mobile gun platform even larger than the mighty Leman Russ Battle Tank. The Rogal Dorn’s primary weapon is mounted on its turret – you can choose between the high volume fire of a twin battle cannon, or the intimidating power of an oppressor cannon with a co-axial autocannon mounted on its side. A secondary hard point on the hull mounts either a castigator gatling cannon to punish hordes of infantry, or a pulveriser cannon to take on enemy armour.

The kit includes an arsenal of optional weaponry – you can add optional sponson mounts armed with a pair of heavy bolters or multi-meltas, while optional forward mounts can house heavy stubbers or meltaguns. The tank’s tracks can be upgraded with additional armour, and you’ll also find extensive cosmetic options, including tow hooks, viewing slits, extra fuel, a search light, and stowed equipment. There are three crew members, including a spotter, tank officer, and a gunner for the pintle-mounted heavy stubber, which can be built with five head options or replaced with closed hatches.

Of course, it wouldn’t be guard without some tanks! And this newer Rogal Dorn tank is quite a nice model, fitting right in between the Baneblade and Leman Russ.

Field Ordnance Battery Retail Price: $55 €42.50 £32.50

This multipart plastic kit builds two Ordnance Teams – mobile artillery platforms which together form a Field Ordnance Battery. Each Ordnance Team features a gunner and two spotters or loaders, crewing your choice of heavy gun – a wide-saturation malleus rocket launcher, indirect-firing bombast field gun, or vehicle-pounding heavy lascannon. The spotters and loaders are also armed with lasguns and frag grenades. The crew members can be mixed up with a variety of cosmetic options, including a choice of twelve different heads and a variety of arms, ammunition, poses, and accessories. You can also build each kit as though it’s being stowed, with no gunner on the seat.

If Heavy Weapons don’t give you enough power, these Field Ordnance Batteries will hopefully add enough firepower!

Sentinel Retail Price: $45 €35 £27.50

This multipart plastic kit builds one Armoured Sentinel – a light walker toting heavy firepower on an sturdy frame. There are loads of options in the kit, allowing you to arm your Sentinel for any battlefield role with an autocannon, heavy flamer, missile launcher, multi-laser, or plasma cannon. You can additionally equip your walker with a poseable Sentinel chainsaw for more melee punch, and a hunter-killer missile for extra firepower. You’ll also find plenty of cosmetic options, including a searchlight and smoke launchers, stowage and spare equipment racks, and extra fuel canisters.

This kit can alternatively build a Scout Sentinel with an open cockpit, which trades durability for extra speed in warzones where mobility is essential.

These mobile armored threats are cheap and quite good, so lots of players are sure to like the new model.

Baneblade Retail Price: $170 €130 £100

This gargantuan multipart plastic kit builds a super-heavy Baneblade, a thundering tank that wields a full arsenal and is capable of absorbing punishment that would annihilate a small army. If you’re looking for a lynchpin around which a mighty armoured column can be built, a super heavy tank is a fine choice that can shock your foes and soak up incredible amounts of firepower, sparing the rest of your army. It is armed with a mighty baneblade cannon and co-axial autocannon on the turret, plus a demolisher cannon on the forward hull, 2 lascannons on side turrets, twin heavy bolters on a forward hull turret, 2 twin heavy flamers in sponson mounts, and a heavy stubber in a pintle mount atop the turret. The sponson flamers can be replaced with another 2 twin heavy bolters, and extra sponsons can be added with additional lascannons and either twin heavy bolters or twin heavy flamers. That’s a LOT of firepower.

You’ll also find cosmetic options, like extra stowage, additional armour plating on the treads, tow hooks, fuel, and options for gunners and tank commanders in the hatches – including a choice of different heads. You can alternatively build the tank commander on foot, armed with a bolt pistol or laspistol in one hand, and a power sword or pointing hand in the other. No matter how you build it, your bits box will appreciate all the extra plastic left over.

This massive kit can alternatively build a variety of other super-heavy tanks:

This multipart plastic kit builds a Leman Russ Battle Tank – a versatile armoured vehicle with a wide range of variants. Primaris Psyker Retail Price: $33.50 €24 £19

This multipart plastic kit builds a Primaris Psyker – a powerful sanctioned witch fielded by the Astra Militarum. He’s armed with his massive chainaxe, Spinegrinder, and the brutal rune-etched daemon sword known as Samni’arius – both weapons chained to his wrists in true Nucerian style. His ornate armour bears all the signs of Khorne’s hellish favour – from the sigils of Chaos to his biomechanical daemonic helm.

Lord Invocatus is the World Eater equivalent of Haarken from the Black Legion. He is a high-ranking character with an amazing model and will most likely help out your other troops nearby.

Exalted Eightbound Retail Price: $60

This multipart plastic kit builds three Eightbound – shockingly potent demi-daemons fielded by the World Eaters. These monstrous warriors resemble warped, overgrown Khorne Berzerkers, from their exposed muscles and cybernetics to their ornate and twisted armour. Each Eightbound is armed with two eviscerators, massive chain weapons resembling chainswords or chainaxes. You can also build an Eightbound Champion, who can instead be armed with a pair of cleaver-like lacerators, or a two-handed heavy chainglaive.

The kit is loaded with interchangeable and cosmetic components, including alternate heads, different designs for chest plates, shoulder pads, and power packs, the ability to mix in more mutated parts, and the option to build your Eightbound with bare torsos. There’s enough variety to make each Eightbound pack unique, and fill your bits box with extras. This kit can alternatively build three Exalted Eightbound, an even more heavily-mutated squad of World Eaters.

The Eightbound are a sweet new kit, and they are sure to dominate in melee combat. Plus, you get two different model variants and datasheet options with them!

Khorne Berzerkers Retail Price: $60

This multipart plastic kit builds 10 Khorne Berzerkers – transhuman battering rams implanted with rage-inducing Butcher’s Nails. Each of these warriors wields a Berzerker chainblade – which covers a variety of chainaxes and chainswords – alongside a bolt pistol. The kit includes components to arm up to two Berzerkers with massive two-handed eviscerators, another two with plasma pistols, and add a skull-topped Berzerker icon to your squad. You can also build a Berzerker Champion, who comes with extra head and pauldron options and can be armed with a plasma pistol of his own.

One of these warriors is a hulking Dishonoured, bigger and more powerful than their comrades, who can instead be armed with a spiked skullsmasher mace. The kit includes components to arm one Jakhal with a two-handed mauler chainblade, equip another with a skull-strung Jakhal icon, and build a Jakhal Pack Leader with a grisly trophy rack. You’ll also find loads of cosmetic build options for both Jakhals and Dishonoured, including a variety of interchangeable heads, weapons, and arms to mix things up across your whole army.
