Thousand Sons got to a first-place finish at the Krumpmus Klaws Brawl over the weekend, as these Warhammer 40k army lists took the top three spots!
The tournament is over, and now we can look at which lists managed to secure a place at the top! Check out what these winners brought into their armies.
Top 3 40k Army Lists: Krumpmus Klaws Brawl GT
Thanks to Best Coast Pairings, we can look back at the event as if we were all there ourselves.
3rd Place: Innes Wilson – Tyranids
2nd Place: Derek Apsche – Grey Knights
1st Place: TJ Lanigan – Thousand Sons
TJ has been crushing with TSons for a while now, and he seems to be continuing!
This time he went for a double detachment, with the first being a Battalion led by Ahriman for his fantastic psychic support, along with a Sorcerer to help him and an Infernal Master for Pact support.
Troops got 20 Cultists for cheap bodies and 11 Rubric for their extra Psychic power and great Soulreaper cannons.
Elites close out the first detachment with 16 Terminators, which have great weapons and durability, and a Shaman for a hint of extra psychic support.
The second detachment with a small vanguard led by a Fluxmaster as another HQ Psyker and then a solid selection of one Exalted Flamer and 10 Flamers to help mow down chaff, or even Marines, thanks to their AP, and super shooty stratagem!
