With Snikrot on the way, it’s only fair that Farsight is also available separately, which is enormous for T’au as O’shovah is probably the most popular named character for many of those players!

New 40k 10th Edition Starter Sets: Pre-Order Pricing & Links

Just like with Indomitus, they are breaking down the contents of Leviathan into a few different starter sets. You can either go with some with paints and miniatures or focus more on models and the rules.

Either way, these should be a decent value and a way to get into the game (or expand your army).

A variety of new 10th Edition Warhammer 40k Starter set boxes and bundles make up this week’s pre-orders; here are all the details straight from Warhammer Community.

Warhammer 40,000: The Rules (GW Online Store Only)

The Warhammer 40,000 core rules have been revitalised with the new edition, changing the way that the game plays in numerous key ways. They are available to download for free, but this small hardback book is the ideal gaming companion. Just a touch smaller than A5 format, with a black ribbon page marker, it contains all 64 pages of the core rules… and nothing else. This product is only available from the Games Workshop webstore while stocks last.

If you want a physical book that is smaller than the Leviathan one, pick up just the core rules themselves next week! This will be roughly 148.5 x 210 mm or 5.8 x 8.3 inches in size.

Warhammer 40,000 Introductory Set Retail Price: $65

Take your first steps into the 41st Millennium with this Introductory Set for Warhammer 40,000. This box is a great way to get familiar with this amazing hobby, as you build and paint incredible models, then play your first games. It includes two sets of push-fit models, a set of hobby tools and paints, a game mat, helpful guides, tokens and terrain markers, plus all the dice and tools you need to play. The new Terminator Librarian is releasing as its own separate release, which is sure to be a popular option for Space Marine players.

This kit comprises 20 plastic components and comes with 5x Citadel 40mm Round Bases. These push-fit miniatures can be assembled without glue, and are supplied unpainted

Tyranids get access to the living artillery Barbagaunts as a separate kit, for a new unique model with sweet weapons.

Infernus Marines + Paints Retail Price: $35.00

Each Infernus Marine is armed with a pyreblaster and a holstered bolt pistol, posed as though standing firm in the face of the enemy. Their armour includes moulded squad markings and Ultramarines Chapter iconography, making these details easy to paint. These miniatures are supplied with appropriate bases.

The six Citadel Colour paints are supplied in 12ml pots, and feature the essential colours needed to paint these miniatures as Ultramarines as well as a Technical paint to create textured bases:

Each Termagant is armed with a fleshborer and, like the Ripper Swarm, features vicious claws and teeth. They are posed as though stalking their prey. These miniatures are supplied with appropriate bases.

The six Citadel Colour paints are supplied in 12ml pots and feature the essential colours needed to paint the miniatures in the colours of Hive Fleet Leviathan, as well as a Technical paint to create textured bases:

GW New Releases: June 23rd

40k Minka Lesk Miniature, Necromunda Core Rules, & More: Pricing & Links

If you like the pricing on the new Minka Lesk miniature, be sure to hop on it soon, as there will be a two-week (plus a couple of days) window for pre-orders, and then it won’t be going into regular stock.

For Necromunda, they are getting a giant new rulebook with everything in one place and updated rules for the game. So if you want to play a new campaign, this is a great time to pick it up!

Minka Lesk Retail Price: $40

This kit comprises 13 plastic components and comes with a Citadel 28.5mm Round Base. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

This item is available to order until 8am BST on Monday the 7th of August 2023. Items will be dispatched within 120 days of ordering.

Named characters with a background in Black Library are always sweet since fans can enjoy the mini! Still, they are usually good enough that reading the book isn’t required to like the model!

Necromunda: Core Rulebook Retail Price: $70

This rulebook is the definitive guide to the game of Necromunda – the tabletop skirmish wargame of anarchy and violence, where players control rival gangs battling for supremacy. The easiest way to protect cards is with sleeves, and usually, they are pretty cheap, so this is probably a no-brainer for most.

Warcry: Crypt of Blood Starter Set Retail Price: $110

This brand new starter set gives you everything you need to start playing swift and decisive skirmish games. Warcry: Crypt of Blood contains two smaller than normal warbands – the Crimson Court and Xandire’s Truthseekers, who are battling over treasures inside a legendary vampire’s tomb.

The box contains a game mat and new terrain comprising a sarcophagus, statue, ruined walls, and fences. Also included is a 72-page Start Here book, which covers the core rules for Warcry as well as bespoke missions for this set. Then there are fighter and ability cards for the two warbands, 18 dice, and a cardboard token board with a punch-out range ruler.

Crypt of Blood is a fantastic way to start playing games of Warcry quickly, with two balanced warbands, and includes everything you need to get started.

These push-fit miniatures can be assembled without glue, and are supplied unpainted
