RUMORS: More New Primaris Space Marines On the Way!

chaos rumors new wal hor warhammer games workshopRumors of a new Space Marines Primaris “Command Box” with all new miniatures inside are floating around!

We all know there are still new Space Marine minis in the pipeline, but since they lost the global campaign, the Tyranids got their miniatures revealed first. Plus, the Nids also got a lot of new minis in the reveal, so this leaves a lot of room for brand-new Space Marines units and Characters as well.

Before we go any further, these are just rumors, so take them with as much salt as you need, whether that be a pinch or a whole spoonful! Because nothing is 100% until GW says it is. Let’s jump into the rumors.

RUMORS: More New Primaris Space Marines On the Way!

The latest Space Marines Primaris rumors come from Valrak.

Space Marines Lieutenant 2We had heard rumors about this a while ago, but they fizzled out, but however according to Valrak he’s heard from the whispers of the warp that it’s still on the way!

Here’s a breakdown of what is supposed to be included.

So I heard about this ‘Command Box’ a few months ago, and it basically died out, but recently I received some more info on it, I did a video on it for people who care, but I will sum it up, apparently it’s going to contain the following:

  • New Commander that is multipart (Makes me think, is this just the LT  but more fancy?)
  • New Champion
  • New Ancient
  • New Veterans (Not sure if these are just going to be the Multipart Veterans, but a Inceptor assault gun was mentioned)Even though I’m calling it a ‘Command Box’, I think it’s Company/Chapter Heroes if I’m not mistaken.

He mentions in the video (which we’ll have below) that the commander is rumored with a double-rock pose, so you know that means it has to be legit! It is supposedly a version of the Lieutenant, with hopefully many options.

The champion will be similar to the limited edition one, with a different pose. He hasn’t heard much about the ancient, so there’s a chance it’s just a blank banner, so it can work for any chapter. There are also rumors that the veterans carry an assault Inceptor bolter. Chances are these will just be a multi-part kit variant of the recent Sternguard Veterans we already got.

Heroes of the Chapter

This is the current Honoured of the Chapter Box (a repackage from Dark Imperium), and it sounds like this new box set new one will more or less replace this with a different variety of models.

There is a long precedence of GW doing this for Space Marines, so it’s not like this is out of left field. With a new Space Marines Codex perhaps this rumored box would be a decent way for people to get a bunch of more specialized units in just one box.
