Demi Legion: Chaos Titan Mega Build- Basing the Titan

By Rob Baer | August 2nd, 2010 | Categories: Titan Mega Build, Warhammer 40k

Here’s a quick look at the base I used for my Warhound titan.  I kinda cheated and just took a Masonite stand I had cut out and sanded down years before, and pinned the Titan down to it for extra stability.

I used both a sharpie pen, and some back paint to “dot” the end of the pin sticking out of the titan, so I could mark the spot to drill into the base.  Then I used some CA superglue to affix the titan to the base.

In the future I plan on coming back with some apoxie-sculpt and building up the base with some tracks and craters and such.  But for now, my little buddy has less of a chance of toppling over on accident!

What else do you think I should do to the base? -MBG
