Each piece of the starter set is packaged individually in the boxes. It is made of PVC plastic, so it does not have as much detail as injection-molded plastic or resin, but it is extremely durable. Some of these elements will require assembly (such as the Bridge Set), in which case you simply line up the holes and pegs.

Heads up! When priming these models, be sure to wash the mold release off the plastic prior to applying paint via dish soap or sonic cleaner. Aerosol primers do not work as well on PVC either, having an odd reaction.

Airbrush primers such as Vallejo Surface Primer seem to work the best.
