Squidmar is back to his normal painting tutorial videos and decided to do a lifelike PewDiePie. He does some interesting techniques and touches on everything he does. He got in touch with titan forge to help design this for him and even gave him a 3D print file that he shares in his description. Now, let’s see how he does it!

Pewdiepie skinThe first thing he wants to tackle is the face, which, in a miniature like this, is the most important part. He’s using Shadow 1: Citadel Doombull Brown, Shadow 2: Citadel Bugman’s Glow, Midtone 1: Citadel Kislev Flesh, Midtone 2: Citadel Cadian Fleshtone, Highlight 1: Vallejo Pale Flesh, and for Highlight 2: Vallejo Sunny Skintone.

Undershade on skin

He then takes out the airbrush to Undershade the face and skin tone. This will help finish the blending process and make his skin tone look more natural. The paints he used are Green Stuff World’s Phoenix Orange and then Green Stuff World’s Crimson Magenta.

For the diamond sword, he uses Vallejo Park Green, Citadel Temple Guard Blue, and Vallejo Dark Sea Blue. After that, it’s just a matter of touching up everything else and adding minor detail like the LWIAY on his shirt.

And with that, the model is done! This model is very detailed and Squidmar spent a lot of time on it. If you want to know more about how he did it specifically be sure to watch the video below!
