The next movie in the Spider-Man reboot series is coming and the trailer is popping off! Let’s check out the details.
If you haven’t seen them yet, the Tom Holland Spider-Man reboot has had some pretty good movies so far. The trailer for the next movie proves that as it came out yesterday and within 12 hrs broke 20 million views!
The trailer is below if you haven’t watched it and we will briefly go over the biggest confirmations inside of it.
New Spider-Man Trailer Breaks 20M Views Under 12 Hrs
The start of the trailer is about talking about the issue plaguing Peter Parker. His identity became public. As he is still a High schooler and is involved in controversy, this makes his life incredibly hard and leads him to seek someone’s help…
Doctor Strange is approached by Peter and asked to help him “make everyone forget” to which Strange agrees to help. They are of course friends after all considering the events in Avengers.
Strange then casts a spell that will make everyone forget that Peter Parker is Spider-Man. As the scene plays out in the trailer Peter is worried telling strange about him wanting some people to know still (like his aunt, best friend, and girlfriend). However Strange scolds Peter, as this tampers with the spell that he is trying to cast.
This leads them both to a new alternate universe, where it appears that old villains are resurfacing. While we don’t actually see him, we do get a peek at one of his grenades and hear his cackling laugh.”He” being Green Goblin, one of the most well-known Spider-Man Villians from the original trilogy.
The other villain who came back is Doc Ock, who we don’t know for sure where he stands. Of course, Doc Ock was redeemed in his final moments, but in this alternate setting, he may still be a villain (and it’s probably safe to assume so).
Of course, the trailer does a great job showing all this off, with its views count proving that! Be sure to watch the full trailer if you haven’t.
