Here is a first look at the new Flesh-Eater Courts Army Box, Horus Heresy Assault Marines, and more releases which will be available for pre-order on December 2nd, 2023.

Get those hobby dollars ready if you want any of these new releases from Games Workshop that will go up for pre-order with your favorite retailers on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023, around 1 p.m. EST here in the States.

New Flesh-Eater Courts Army Box & HH Pre-Order: First Look

The new AoS Flesh-Eater Courts Army Box, Horus Heresy Assault Squad, and more are up for pre-order; here are all the details from the Warhammer Community.

These will have a street date of December 16th, 2023.

Flesh-Eater Courts Army Box Set

The set contains 25 completely new plastic miniatures: one mighty Abhorrant Gorewarden as general, his trusty Varghulf Courtier, three lightning-fast Morbheg Knights, and 20 obdurate Cryptguard.

You’ll also find an exclusive launch edition of the new 88-page Battletome: Flesh-eater Courts, plus 27 warscroll cards, 30 tokens, and 33 enhancement cards, all of which are only available in this set (though the battletome will be released separately in a different format). In short, it’s everything a general needs to set out on a Crimson Crusade in Ushoran’s name. This set is available while stocks last.

With tons of new models and new rules, you can’t really go wrong with this army box if you’re a fan of the faction!

Da Grotmas Gitz

You didn’t see this coming – and nor did da Red Gobbo. It’s the other festive miniature from Warhammer for 2023, featuring a black-clad rogue darting through the snow on one squig with an open mouth, scattering presents and snotlings in his wake. This model will be available for a strictly limited period in December, so snap yours up quick!

MKVI Assault Squad

This multipart plastic kit builds 10 Space Marine Assault Legionaries, clad in Mark VI ‘Corvus’ armour. Every Legionary is equipped with a warhawk jump pack, and wields a bolt pistol alongside a chainsword. The kit also includes optional combat shields for each warrior, held in their left hand. One model can be built as a Legion Assault Sergeant with alternative heads, accessories, and extra weapon options – a power fist, a lightning claw, or paired lightning claws, as well as a melta bomb.

This kit includes a variety of interchangeable heads, arms, poses, and pauldrons to mix up your Assault Squad, as well as accessories such as grenades, pouches, and pistol holsters to customise each Legionary’s look.

These models have no Legion markings, allowing Warhammer hobbyists to paint them in whichever colours they choose. However, the box includes a transfer sheet with 293 optional markings and iconography for the Sons of Horus and Imperial Fists Legions.

This kit comprises 200 plastic components, and comes with 10x Citadel 32mm Round Bases and 1x Legiones Astartes Infantry Transfer Sheet.

More new plastic options for Horus Heresy are always nice, as the new assault marines squad touches down.

Legiones Astartes Transfer Sheets: Warhammer Webstore Exclusive

Also coming to the Horus Heresy are two comprehensive transfer sheets for the Legiones Astartes, providing general squad markings, honour signs, numerals and lettering suited for all 18 Legions. The Infantry sheet contains 1,280 decals in total, while the Vehicle sheet includes 510. Note that there’s no Legion-specific heraldry included on either set of transfers.

Add some more iconography to your models in Horus Heresy with these transfer sheets.

White Dwarf 495

Your favourite hobby magazine returns for its December issue, featuring lashings of information on all the new Tyranids and the Fourth Tyrannic War. You’ll also find new special mission rules for Boarding Actions in the current edition of Warhammer 40,000, Warcry rules for taking your Free City fighters on a Dawnbringer Crusade, Kill Team rules for jungle warfare – complete with jungle cards – and much, much more.

Witchbringer & Blood Pact MP3 (Warhammer Webstore Exclusive)

Two more classic titles come to MP3 audiobook for the first time. In Steven B Fischer’s Witchbringer, former Cadian Captain Glavia Aerand’s newfound psychic talents press her into more hazardous service, while Commissar Gaunt and the Tanith First and Only are back in action in Blood Pact by Dan Abnett. Additionally, the Damocles collection of short stories has been re-recorded.
