New Primarch & Daemon Rules For Horus Heresy SPOTTED!

Space Marine walpaper

Don’t miss the new Primarch and Arch Daemon rules as Forge World’s Horus Heresy game is starting to rev up with excitement once again!

As we close in on the new Forge World Book eight: Malevolence, we are starting to see more and more details on what’ll be inside. Looking at what’s been making rounds on the internet, a Primarch and a massive Daemon’s rules have been spotted!

We had already seen the rules for arguably the most powerful primarch, Sanguinius recently, and now the Khan has been spotted as well:

Jaghatai Khan: Sire of the White Scars

Jaghatai Khan on-foot is one of the cheaper Primarchs. He only costs a few points more than Rogal Dorn. However, for a +65 pt-upgrade, you can mount him on his Primarch-sized Sojutsu pattern Voidbike bike. It actually brings him up to T7 too, which is nice. As for wargear, he’s got his signature White Tiger Dao and the Wildfire Panoply for armor.

He’s got all of the rules you’d expect to see on a Primarch like Bulky. However, some rules that are unique to him look to be Lightning from Blue Skies, The Bleak Wind, and Unmatched Rides.

While we’ve got his base stats, wargear, and points, we’re still waiting to see the combat characteristics of his weapons and armor. Keep your eyes peeled for the Khan!

Ruinstorm Arch Daemon Stat Sheet

The Ruinstorm Arch-Daemon is a Lord of War that clocks in base at 600 pts. You can give him up to three options of rules that cost points as well. Perhaps one of the most disgusting things your eyes went to was his stat line. Yes, he’s gross. At T8,9W, and S10, he’ll be able to take a beating and most certainly dish one back out. The saving grace for the Loyalist forces is that he’s only I3 and has a 4+ save.

At the end of the day, a ten-man squad of Volkite should be able to rip this guy a new one. You’ll definitely be better off trying to kill him at-range…You can spare yourself the punishment that comes back at you if you leave him alive.

As we’ve said before, we have some exciting times ahead in the Heresy. Do you play Marines in 40k? Why not test the waters with your models in 30k? Marines are in a much better spot than where they are in 8th edition! Let us know what you think about these rules sheets in the comments of our Facebook Hobby Group.
