Ello Asty is the perfect T-70 pilot to take advantage of its brilliant maneuvers. Ello may perform Tallon Rolls as if they were white if he is not stressed, which can open up a whole galaxy’s worth of maneuver options! Let’s make Poe jealous with this build.
Veteran Instincts can launch Ello into the elite Ace slot by rocketing him up to pilot skill 9. This can be greatly advantageous as it allows you to see every enemy ship’s maneuvers before you start your attack run. Your opponent will have a hard time locking Ello down for sure!
If Ello ever does run into some stress, his trusty R2 Astromech can make all of his 1 and 2-speed maneuvers green. This can give supreme flexibility to Ello’s movements in X-wing. He will never have to worry about getting caught with his pilot pants full of stress ever again! 
All of these crazy maneuvers require the utmost attention, so Ello will need some help whenever he is attacking. Weapons Guidance can keep his lasers on target by allowing him to spend a focus token to turn 1 of his blank results to a hit result. Ello is now kitted out to be the perfect Ace for the Resistance. Poe and Ello side by side in battle will be a tough team to beat in Star Wars X-Wing!
