Piett’s Commandos: Star Wars Destiny

Admiral Piett

Bounty hunters?! We don’t need their scum. We need Mandalorian Commandos! Admiral Piett has just recruited a pair of Super Commandos for the Empire.

Firmus Piett

Admiral Piett has just hired on 2 Mandalorian Super Commandos to hunt down the Rebels in Destiny. Piett is a great character to have with the Commandos since his character ability allows him to change any number of non-unique character dice to sides showing a value of 1.

This can help keep your Mandalorians consistent, either boosting your damage output or shields. His focus side can also help get the Mandalorians where you need them to be on their dice, and he can assist in damage capacity with his 2 indirect damage side. Mandalorian Super Commando

The new stars of the Destiny meta, the Mandalorian Commandos seem to be popping up everywhere. Their 3 damage sides and shields sides have a perfect combo of defense and offense, but they will need help with funding; more on that later.

Their Power Action is the key to their success, being able to deal out 1 damage whenever you play a weapon or equipment on them. A side note, you can only use a Power Action once per turn, so keep that in mind with your 2 Commandos. DH17 Blaster Pistol

With Piett, you can unlock  Red cards for your Mandalorians, and the DH-17 Blaster Pistol is a fantastic addition to this team.

For 1 resource, you can get your 1 free damage from the Commando Power Action, and you also gain access to a nifty little pistol, with 3 damage sides, and a shield. Although it has 2 blank sides on its die, this can be mitigated somewhat with this next upgrade. Quickdraw holster

Quickdraw Holster is a 0 cost equipment that allows you to reroll any number of weapons dice after you activate the attached character.

This card is pulling double duty as it can allow you to get the Mandalorian Power Action off for no cost and reroll those blanks on the DH-17. If your rerolls still can’t produce results, Admiral Piett can help with his activation ability. Probe Droid

With all of these Commandos running around, it may be difficult to get the resources you need, but with a Probe Droid you can get some momentum back in your favor. This 1 cost support comes with Ambush and has 2 disrupt sides and 1 resource, as well as a special ability.

This allows you to look at 2 cards in an opponent’s hand and discard any of which are events. This is most desirable after your you have rolled all dice into your pool so that you can begin to remove mitigation cards from your opponent’s hand. Looking for the best online casino platforms ? We’ve already found it for you The disrupt and resource sides can help you finance your Commandos or slow your opponent’s production line down.
