Saw Gerrera has a new team of Rebels on a run that will take Star Wars Destiny by storm. Get some revenge against the evil Villains!
Saw Gerrera is back again to lead his resistance against the Villains of Star Wars Destiny. At 11 health, Saw is a solid character that can go elite at 16 points. His character dice have 2 indirect, 3 indirect, 1 disrupt, 1 resource, and an interesting special ability that is the lynchpin of this deck. As a special ability, discard a random card from a player’s hand. Then deal indirect damage to an opponent equal to its cost. This can be manipulated in a way by playing down your hand to 1 card, and using Saw’s ability to discard the last card in your hand “randomly” and deal big damage! Let’s try it out with the Millennium Falcon. 
At 5 resources, Saw’s ability can get off some crazy high indirect damage! The Millennium Falcon is a powerful support, but the way we’re using it you will want to discard it to rack up your indirect damage. You can use any number of cards out there to recycle cards back into your deck as well. Starship Graveyard is a great Battlefield for this deck.
The ultimate Hero card, Yoda pairs up perfectly with an elite Saw Gerrera. Yoda can get Saw’s character dice precisely where you want them with Yoda’s 2 focus and his special ability that has so much utility. Yoda never misses, as he has no blanks, but his special ability can let you gain a resource, give a character a shield, or turn a die to any side. You can also discard a card with his ability, and you can choose 2 of his abilities!
Saw is the lion’s share of the threat, but give Yoda an upgrade to keep him fighting strong. Force Throw is a great upgrade for Yoda that can help him mitigate dice and deal damage at the same time. As a special ability, Force Throw allows you to remove a die and deal its value as damage to a character. This can make Saw’s 3 indirect more precise or could be used to remove a powerful die from your opponent, throwing it right back in his face! 
Your characters need protection and your opponent will be Easy Pickings with this card. For 1 resource, Easy Pickings is a Yellow Event that removes 2 dice if they have the same symbol and value. With so many weapons and upgrades that synergize with character dice, there should be no shortage of 2 same value dice that you can use to remove.
