40K RUMORS – Forge World Coming to the US?

By Rob Baer | January 6th, 2015 | Categories: Tabletop Gaming News & Rumors

cerebus walpaper Games Workshop may just be one step closer to bringing Forge World to the US in 2015.

Remember that big manufacturing center they built a while back in Memphis, TN (and moved all their operations from Baltimore, MD)? Well today it sits half empty as all the model making equipment was sent back to England, and it has become just a distribution center for product to North America. So what’s a company to do with all that space? Start selling Forge World here in the states hopefully!

Via Faeit We have been talking about something like this for a long time, and earlier today this was spotted. Definitely something going on, as you can clearly see that Forgeworld is on the tab. Of course it was unmarked but clearly visible when looked at closer. So is Forge World coming to the GW Webstore? It sure looks like it, and 2015 is going to be an interesting year.

These look like they were taken just from logging into the German webstore. I went to see if they were still there on the German site, and no, they were gone. Steve the Warboss has some interesting things in the past, that have turned out right on the money.

Scale model hobbyist in the 80s, miniature wargamer, and trading card player ever since. He’s played every edition of Warhammer 40k and Warhammer Fantasy since 5th Edition, but Titans of all sizes will always be his favorite! It’s even rumored that his hobby vault rivals the Solemnance Galleries, containing rulebooks filled with lore from editions long past, ancient packs of black-bordered Magic Cards, and minatures made of both pewter and resin.
