It’s happening! JOYTOY has announced action figures from The Horus Heresy; here’s everything we know on the lineup and Primarchs!
The folks over at JOYTOY have decided to dip their toes into one of the largest internal conflicts that the Imperium has ever seen! This even opens the possibility for all the Primarchs because who doesn’t want a Primarch action figure?
It won’t be long before we can see some of our favorite characters from the renowned Age of Darkness in that glorious 1/18 scale!
Let the Galaxy Burn: JOYTOY Announces Horus Heresy Action Figures

JOYTOY dropped a tweet announcing rather vaguely (well, not that vague) that they would be introducing a line of models from The Horus Hersey time-period within Warhammer.
Alongside the tweet was this picture of a familiar silhouette with the phrase, “Let The Galaxy Burn!’ emboldened across its chest. While this is exciting, it begs the question of who will be the first few models released amongst the Horus Heresy line of figures (other than the Space Marine above).
The first and most obvious guess being that it’s paired with one of the famous quotes about him, would be the introduction of Horus Lupercal himself. Imagine if they started off with a release of the Emperor, Sanguinius, and Horus.
That would be a site to see, and we would have no choice but to get all three.
But who else could we possibly be getting?
“I was there the day that Horus slew the Emperor.”
This is a quote from the start of the Horus Rising novel, which also opens the door for a Garviel Loken figure, even though he’s not the most known model. Could we also expect a visit from Horus’ former captain in the future?
With the picture from JOYTOY, it would also make sense that we get some older marks of armor Space Marines because they probably won’t just do characters.
It would make the most sense, but maybe not the most exciting, to see a Primarch from a certain Legion and then a few rounds of Space Marines for that Legion. But we can dream for almost all Primarch releases to start.
Games Workshop Teases New Horus Heresy JOYTOY Action Figures
Warhammer Community also mentioned the upcoming Horus Heresy JOYTOY action figures.
But what about the opposite? What about massive Horus Heresy? Imagine it – a giant model Space Marine of the Legiones Astartes, with poseable arms and swappable weapons and all that. Glorious! Our partners over at JOYTOY have heard our cries.
And with the Horus Heresy coming to epic scale, you’ll soon have three different sizes of ancient power armour in your display cabinet.
Unfortunately, they don’t give many more hints into what to expect, but they do mention Guilliman, and of course, we’ll see multiple marks of armor, which is pretty awesome. They mention articulation, but that’s nothing unusual for JOYTOY.
