Dust off your power armor and bare your teeth, this issue has some meat on it lads!

The Blood Angels are here in they’re very own new campaign box opposite the Tyranids!

Looks like next week’s Deathstorm Campaign Box release will even have TWO special formations for using the Blood Angels and Tyranids models provided in the box as well called Strike Force Deathstorm, and Phodian Annihilation Swarm!

Not to be out done, it also appears that Hobbit fans will be getting their very own rules supplement in White Dwarf #46 just in time to coincide with the release of the new movie in a few weeks as well!

32mm base

And if that wasn’t enough, it looks like the rumors were true about a new base size. Feast your eyes on what appears to be a 32mm round base under those Death Company marines!

If memory serves me correctly 32mm is also the same size as the small flying base as well. I wonder what the new base size is all about?

The White Dwarf staff even went the extra mile too this issue, and included a great Paint Splatter article for this week on painting the new Captain model!

And what news about Blood Angels wouldn’t be complete without some Necrons as well? Yup that’s right there is a two page feature on NECRONS, that’s worth a second read in this weeks Codex Apocrypha as well!

This issue may just be worth braving the rush this Black Friday to pick up after all!
