Boba Fett and IG-88 have teamed up to track down the Rebels. Get in there and take them down using elite bounty hunter tactics!
Boba Fett has teamed up with notorious assassin droid IG-88 to track down high priority Rebel targets. This aggressive duo will be difficult to evade. Boba Fett lives at range 1 with his pilot ability and he’s able to re-roll 1 of his dice for each enemy ship at range 1 when attacking or defending. This can add up quickly to painful damage to your opponent’s ships, all the while helping Boba to deftly avoid return fire. Let’s add IG-88D to the mix.
As a crew member, IG-88D makes the ship he is equipped an honorary member of the IG-2000 club. This adds the pilot ability of each friendly ship with the IG-2000 title, in addition to Boba’s own pilot ability.
Since Boba Fett greatly benefits from being at Range 1, Engine Upgrade is the perfect fit for him. Being a large ship, a boost can move him forward rather far. His large base also adds more real estate whenever he is determining which enemy ships are at Range 1 to benefit him in his re-rolls.
IG-88C is the best wingman for the aggressive Boba Fett. IG-88C is notorious for getting in close and personal. His pilot ability allows him to perform a free evade action after performing a boost. This gains you 2 actions in 1, and since IG-88D is on Boba Fett’s ship, whenever Boba boosts, he gains an evade token as well.
Adding IG-2000 gives Boba the ability to perform IG-88C’s pilot ability as well as his own. Naturally, boosts will be your bread and butter tactics for these two, and Boba Fett is fine with having an evade token and benefiting from his re-rolls at Range 1.
IG-88C can be vulnerable without multiple actions to flex his murderous rage, and Contraband Cybernetics can help him out. Being able to perform actions and red maneuvers while being stressed can open up IG-88C to a crazy round of Segnor’s looping and boosting, gaining an evade for an alpha strike from hell! Use these aggressive bounty hunters to hunt down Rebel prey!
