By Rob Baer | April 12th, 2012 | Categories: 40k News & Articles, Videos

Thursdays are video days here at Spikey Bits, and I have to admit I was woefully unprepared for this weeks posts.

Why? Well, not only am I putting the finishing touches on my armies for Adepticon, I’m also getting all our wares together for retailing there as well!

Come next week if you are at Adepticon 2012 you can stop by the Spikey Bits table in the Vendor Hall, and browse though THOUSANDS of bits, 50% OFF clearance items, Cheap kits on sprue, and sealed product from Games Workshop and more.

Oh and just cause we like to give away stuff, We have FREE Spikey Bits T-shirts as well, while supplies last.

But I digress. ~TODAY IS VIDEO DAY~

Brent from Stictly Average sent me the link to a great interview he did with Saw Studios. I have featured them on here several times, as they make great model and terrain conversions. (Hey- who’s that in the background around 2:40?)

I also took a ton of pictures of their stuff at Feast of Blades in November, that I posted here.

Want to know more- checkout their site, and yes, they do commissions!!!

Bio: Virginia restless, miniature painter & cat dad. He blames LEGOs for all this, as there was something about those little-colored blocks that started it all. Spikey Bits sprung from Rob staying motivated to hobby on his backlog of projects, while sharing his knowledge with others during the early blogging era.

LEGO maniac and scale model hobbyist in the 80s turned miniature wargamer and trading card player ever since. He’s played every edition of Warhammer 40k and Warhammer Fantasy (since 5th Edition), but Titans of all sizes will always be his favorite! It’s even rumored that his hobby vault rivals the Solemnance Galleries, containing rulebooks filled with lore from editions long past, ancient packs of black-bordered Magic Cards, and minatures made of pewter and resin.
