Sadly, there isnt much on the horizon for once in the Mortal Realms. A rare occurrence that Games Workshop is sure to rectify shortly.
Leaked Soulblight Gravelords Othar Half-King Model
The Age of Sigmar (AoS) community is buzzing with excitement following the leak of the new Othar Half-King model for the Soulblight Gravelords. This commemorative miniature is expected to be a Warhammer Day exclusive or tied to an upcoming Games Workshop event like Boxing Day.
Such models often hint at larger things to come, and this release may well signal future developments for the Soulblight Gravelords in AoS.

New Maggotkin of Nurgle: Release Date January 17, 2026
Festus the Leechlord is back and riding a slug the size of your car into battle, bringing a new wave of Maggotkin of Nurgle models, and a battletome that is gloriously gross and absolutely oozing with charm.
Here’s the lineup of all the new Maggotkin of Nurgle units headed our way on January 17th, 2026.

Warhammer Quest Darkwater: Release Date December 13th, 2025
The Warhammer Quest: Darkwater co-op dungeon crawler drops one to four players into the festering ruins of the Jade Abbey, where the Daemon Prince Gelgus Pust is trying to turn Alarielle’s sacred well into a disease fountain.
The box is loaded with 49 miniatures, 341 cards, and a map book that keeps every session fresh, whether you’re just smashing some Pox-Wretches after dinner or grinding through a full ten-hour campaign with too many snacks.
Also available the same week as Darkwater:

Its release date for everything is December 13th, 2025.
Age of Sigmar Christmas Boxes: Release Date November 28th, 2025
It’s that time of year again! Age of Sigmar is getting four new Christmas boxes: Skaven, Soulblight Gravelords, Gloomspite Gitz, and Sylvaneth.
Additionally, 40k is getting seven new Christmas boxes for Warhammer 40k, which are also on the way for Tyranids, Chaos, Space Marines, Tau, Astra Militarum (Death Korps of Krieg), Leagues of Votann, and Emperor’s Children.
They were all released on Black Friday, November 28th, 2025.
Helsmiths of Hashut Individual Releases: Release Date November 1st, 2025
Age of Sigmar players, say hello to your new dark overlords: the Helsmiths of Hashut. These definitely aren’t your granddad’s Chaos Dwarfs. The Army set was released on September 29, 2025, but the individual releases listed are scheduled for November 1st, 2025.
Chaos Dwarfs New Release Lineup:

Sinister wizard or grim priest — either way, this one’s keeping your daemon engines running and your enemies on fire. - Bull Centaurs / Anointed Sentinels (dual kit)

Death Storms The Mortal Realms Again: Release Date August 16th, 2025
Two spectral and monstrous waves are hitting Age of Sigmar on August 16th, 2025, ready to haunt wallets everywhere. Take your pick between the ghostly ranks of the Nighthaunt or the gruesome might of the Flesh-eater Courts.

AoS Spearhead Updates: Release Date June 14th, 2025
Spearhead mode is cranking the chaos up to 11 on June 14th. Skaven are gnawing through everything in the Vermindoom, and now the undead of Shyish are shambling into the spotlight with Sand and Bone, a new rules expansion loaded with fresh missions, terrain tweaks, and four all-new faction boxes to stir things up.
Oh, and the General’s Handbook is back in a snazzy box with Objective Counters. You’ll want it if you plan on doing anything serious with your Age of Sigmar army.

Age of Sigmar Battletome Roadmap 40k Heading Into 2026
Recent Age of Sigmar rumors called out new kits for Maggotkin of Nurgle, Fyreslayers, Ogors, and Bonereapers. Then GW’s teaser dropped: a Nurgle shield, a fiery-haired dwarf, an Ogor gut plate, and a shady figure with a potion.
Hardly subtle, and lining up a little too perfectly with recent rumors. Coincidence? Doubtful. Here’s the tea on these teasers.
Looking back on 2025 for Age of Sigmar, Destruction and Death stole the spotlight early, followed by Deepkin, Khorne, and the Realmlords battletomes over the summer.
Games Workshop New Warcry Model Release Previews:
There has been no official word regarding new Warhammer Warcry releases for 2026 yet, but that isnt out of character for Games Workshop’s lack of previews in 2026.

No New Warhammer Warcry Miniatures: What’s the Hold Up?
Yep, it seems like Games Workshop is taking a little pause on our favorite skirmish game.
Maybe they’re cooking up something epic behind the scenes or just giving us a moment to catch our breath (and our wallets a break). Who knows?
