New Forge World Sisters Upgrade Kit Coming Soon

sisters of silence talons of the emperor custodesThe Sisters of Silence are already a fan favorite in 40k, and it looks like their arsenal is about to get a little bigger with new Forge World goodies.

Games Workshop just announced there will be a new Cadre upgrade kit for the Sisters of Silence coming out of Forge World soon. Let’s take a look at the new bits and see what they had to say.

The arsenal of the Sisters of Silence is about to get bigger – very soon, you’ll be able to upgrade your Prosecutors with some awesome new wargear with the upcoming Prosecutor Cadre Upgrade Kit.

Prosecutors are the battle line infantry of the Sisters of Silence, combining sinister powers of nullification with some of the very best wargear the Imperium has to offer, charged as they are with the dark duty of hunting rogue psykers for the Emperor.

Prosecutors in the Age of Darkness can be equipped with dual bolt pistols, trading range for flexibility (and no small amount of cool). Dual wielding bolt pistols allows for a much-needed additional attack in close combat while maintaining a decent rate of fire – transport yours in the Kharon Pattern Aquisitor and you’ll have a strong and flexible fire-support unit to add to your Talons of the Emperor.

The Prosecutor Cadre Upgrade Kit allows you to upgrade 5 Sisters of Silence with dual bolt pistols and will be available soon. In the meantime, full rules for the Talons of the Emperor can be found in the Horus Heresy Book Seven: Inferno.

The new Prosecutor Cadre upgrade kit will give your Prosecutor models new options. Dual wielding bolters is going to make these models even more deadly in close range. There wasn’t a date on when these would be available, Games Workshop just said soon. But, we did just get a new Kharon Pattern Aquisitor tank for Sisters recently, so GW may just be making a new push on Sisters.

What are your thoughts? Is this just the beginning? Are there going to be new Sisters models in our future? Let us know in the comments below.
