The Dark Angels and Chaos Daemons clash heavily in a 12 CP narrative battle. Who will be victorious, the sons of Caliban or the daemonic forces of Tzeentch, Nurgle, and Khorne?
Juice is back in the beats lab, hosting Kinder and Austin in battle Daemon vs Dark Angels! These two armies go head to head with 12 Command Points, battling over six progressive objectives. They are deploying in Dawn of War standard, with Austin and the Daemons going first.
Dark Angels have Ravenwing, with Samael, Librarian, Black Knight Squad, Dark Talons, Azrael, Primaris Hellblasters, Belial, Talonmaster, Dark Shroud, bikes, and three squads of scouts.
Daemons are coming together with Khorne, Tzeentch and Nurgle battling together. Nurgle brings forth a battalion, including two heralds, the Great Unclean One, and Plague Bearers. Khorne has a patrol that includes the Bloodthirster and bloodletters with a banner. Tzeentch brings the Fateweaver and three squads of Screamers.
In Austin’s first turn, the Daemons aim to grab as many objectives as possible and guard them to get ahead. 9 of the 12 command points were used to set up daemons in deep strike, banners, and other shenanigans. In the psychic phase, Miasma of Pestilence is cast but ends up being denied by the Dark Angels’ only denial ability. The Fateweaver casts smite on units of scouts, killing two scouts. While there is no combat phase, a unit does get into battle, doing one wound to a bike but losing two models from the unit.
In Kinder’s first turn, the Dark Angels are aiming to take down plague bearers and grab objectives. This army is heavy in shooting, taking down the Bloodletters. Several Plague Bearers are killed, and one unit of Screamers is taken out as well by the Dark Talon. Samael charged into the dogs, killing two, while the other bikes went into the remaining Plague Bearers.
