The Dark Lord of the Sith is still a beastly character in Destiny. 13 health is tough to chew through as he dishes out massive melee damage and forces discards from your opponent’s hand. At 16 points, Darth Vader is pretty pricey for the normal version and elite clocks in at a huge 21 points. New upgrades can keep this Sith Lord fighting the good fight in Destiny. Way of the Force

Way of the Force is a 3 cost upgrade that can make Darth Vader powerful and save points. This upgrade makes the attached character elite if you Spot a Blue character. This can free up more points for your team to include another strong character with Vader. Lack of Faith

If you don’t feel it’s worth it to include a 1 die Vader, he will not be amused by your Lack of Faith. His power as a 16 point character can get even more mileage: Spot a character that is 15 or more points to remove all of a character’s character dice. This choke hold can ruin your opponent’s characters that depend on their powerful character dice.

Force Fear

Darth Vader is the ultimate Villain and he will make your opponent feel his Force Fear. This 2 cost upgrade adds more damage and removal tools. 2 indirect damage, 1 disrupt, 1 discard, and 2 special sides make this a useful upgrade all around. The special allows you to remove an opponent’s character die unless they deal 2 damage to that character. Either way, Darth Vader’s relentless assault will be forcing hard choices.

Turn the Tide

Once you’ve cornered your opponents you can Turn the Tide when they go on the defensive. This 2 cost Event allows you to move all shields from an opponent’s character to one of your characters. This can act as a shield counter for defensive opponents and can boost Vader’s defenses while he crushes the Heroes in Star Wars Destiny!
