Back From The Dead: Jumpmaster X-Wing 2.0

Get a second life with this Jumpmaster pilot! Tel Trevura is a tenacious Scum pilot that keeps on coming, long after he has been taken out…

Tel Trevura is channeling his zombie side in X-Wing 2.0. As a Jumpmaster pilot at initiative 4, Tel can be pretty nimble on the battlefield. Even better, Tel can come back after he is destroyed to get revenge.

If Tel Trevura would be destroyed, spend 1 charge and instead discard all damage cards, suffer 5 damage, and place yourself in reserves. Then, at the start of the next Planning Phase, place yourself within range 1 of your player edge. This ability can get rid of faceup crits and can give Tel a chance to re-position and reengage your enemies.

Tel Trevura will be piloting the Punishing One. This Jumpmaster title upgrade gives you an additional attack die when firing out of your forward arc, and gives you the ability to equip an Astromech buddy, all at the cost of losing your crew slot. For the loadout, we want for Tel, and Astromech will work great.

An R5 Astromech can potentially give Tel  Trevura even more chances at a second life. As an Action ability, you may spend 1 charge from your R5 Astromech to repair 1 facedown damage card. If you have a Hull Upgrade on Tel, and approach carefully after reviving himself, Tel Trevura can heal even more of those 5 damage cards he dealt himself. As an Action, you also have the ability to repair 1 faceup Ship damage card, getting even more mileage out of his hull.

Since Tel is part of the Scum faction, keep a dirty trick up your sleeve. Dead Man’s Switch is an Illicit upgrade that can get 2 separate uses from Tel! After you are destroyed, each other ship at range 0-1 suffers 1 damage. Since Tel can activate this Illicit tech twice, its best to wade into the enemy squad and cause as much damage as possible. Get destroyed, rinse, and repeat!
