Most companies with online storefronts have a live chat function, this is primarily due to speed and efficiency. So now, Games Workshop has also decided to add the live chat option as well!

GW chatWhen you try to contact support you’ll get two options now. The typical email where you can ask anything less urgent and get an answer in a few days, or the new Live Chat, for an urgent question that you need a faster or easier question answered.

GW Chat optionsThe “answers” tab also serves as a quick reference that might help answer your question without having to reach out the support, like for example a question about an order.

GW chat supportWith the switch to many companies working from home, this new feature seems great for GW because support specialists can easily answer a ton of questions faster.
