A new GW rumor engine has appeared right on time. There are some tails that are causing some concern too. Let us know what you think!

Warhammer Community dropped their next rumor engine like clockwork and its got two tails that look like something from the Alien movie. But since we know its either for AoS or 40k, let’s break it down a bit more.

Now, these aren’t your run-in-the-mill fluffy squirrel tails. These look like they’re meant to do some killing. Otherwise, what would be the point to the nasty barb and jagged hooks on every section of the tail?

Is it just us or does this thing look like a double-barreled alien tail? We’ve seen some crazy stuff in AoS and 40k before so we’re not sure what game this could be going to. It could be a Daemon tail, the mouth to some kind of crazy mount in AoS…the possibilities are definitely out there.

All in all, we know that Slaanesh, Gloomspite Gitz, and Fyreslayers have all got their battletome recently so it wouldn’t make sense for GW to throw in another unit right away. They would have just included it in the book from the start so we think it’s safe to rule those factions ou for AoS.

As for 40k, we don’t know where to begin. New things are constantly being introduced and it’s getting hard to keep up! We know that there’s a Ynnari White Dwarf index coming up but would they be posting a rumor engine about Ynnari this close to their index release? Plus, we think this tail going to the Ynnari faction would be a hard sell.

What do you think this tail could go to? Could this be a random Tyranid release? Let us know in the comments of our Facebook Hobby Group.
