First Order's Top Brass: X-Wing 2.0 Upsilon Build

The First Order’s top leaders are charging into battle with a fanaticism that cannot be matched. Coordinate your TIE/ FOs with this mean Upsilon team!

Major Stridan

The First Order is getting some new Upsilon pilots in for their hunt against the Resistance. Major Stridan is ready to help coordinate your attack by being able to extend the effective range of coordinate abilities natively.

When Major Stridan coordinates or uses an ability on one of his upgrades, friendly ships at distance 2-3 are treated as being at range 0 or 1. This can help when your fast TIE/ fo fighters get past normal coordination ranges, and can also help the fanatic General Hux to extend his command range. General Hux

General Hux is a crew upgrade that increases the effectiveness of Major Stridan’s coordinate ability. While you perform a coordinate ability, you may treat is as red to coordinate up to 2 additional ships (for a total of 3) and each ship must perform the same action, treating it as red. This can help you select 3 TIE/ fos to coordinate and give them all a focus or an evade, whatever they need to crush the Resistance. Heavy Laser Cannon

Since the Upsilon shuttle has a Linked Battery ability, a cannon upgrade will serve you well. Linked Battery adds 1 additional attack die when attacking with a cannon upgrade, and a Heavy Laser Cannon will be a good choice to crush the Resistance.

As a bulls-eye firing arc attack at ranges 2-3, 5 attack dice will make any Resistance pilot sweat! Since secondary weapon upgrades do not give enemy ships a range bonus at range 3, this can be a great follow up after all of your coordinated TIE/ fos attack their targets. Kylo Ren

For when the engagements get really tense, use Kylo Ren’s knowledge of the Dark Side. As a second crew member upgrade to Major Stridan’s shuttle, Kylo Ren can use an action and spend 1 Force charge to assign an enemy ship at range 1-3 the “I’ll Show You the Dark Side” condition, making it more vulnerable to critical hits.

This could tell the death bell toll for the Resistance. Will you join the First Order in X-Wing 2.0?
