goodbye nordic shield rThe Army Painter is donating an insane amount of hand sanitizer to help events and tournaments get back up and running- check it out!

As a way to keep their employees working, and to help the local community, The Army Painter created a company called The Nordic Shield. The company made hand sanitizer and already had donated tons of the product to schools, retirement communities, and more. Now, with things becoming more normalized, they are saying goodbye to Nordic Shield. But, before they do, they want to donate to the gaming community now with over $350,000 worth of product.

What does that mean for you? If you’re running an event, a tournament, or are a retailer, they will give you free sanitizer. This means you can keep your gamers safe, without having to spend the extra cash.

So if you are running an event, be sure to reach out to them at: contact@thearmypainter.com with the subject: Hand Sanitizer Donation and take advantage of this amazing initiative by The Army Painter. This is just an awesome thing to do, and a great way to help us get back to gaming.

Let’s hear what they have to say about the donations:

It’s time to say goodbye to The Nordic Shield. Before we do, we have to make good on a promise, and we’re doing so in a grand way! As events begin to re-open in the States, we are donating over $350,000.00 of hand sanitizer. We want to thank everyone for their support throughout this very trying year and we can’t wait to see you on the tabletops real soon.

This is just really amazing, and a way to help us all get back to the tables. It’s always great to see companies do things like this and help the community in any way they can.

Are you planning on returning to tournaments this year? Have you contacted them yet about the donations?
