Games Workshop just let us in on all the new Forge World and Black Library releases that are finally going up for pre-order this coming Saturday.
Now let’s look at next week’s line-up, starting with some new Official Licensed Products from Warhammer Community.
Koyo Faction Pin Badges Series 2
Like last time, this set contains 12 badges finished in antique silver, including sigils for the Inquisition, Blood Angels, Genestealer Cults, and Drukhari, and you’ll have the chance to pull the Black Legion logo in an antique gold finish.
Honestly, I’d say the Gold Black Legion looks the best, but we might be a tad biased.
Marvel: Warhammer 40,000 Marneus Calgar
The explosive Marvel comic series Marneus Calgar, written and illustrated by legends Keiron Gillen and Jacen Burrows, is also smashing into stores in North America with the force of an earth-bound drop-pod in the form of a new trade paperback. This 112-page book collects issues 1-5 of the comic, tracing the never-before-told origins of one of the Ultramarines most storied heroes.

The journey of 40k into the comic world has been interesting and this series was definitely well-received, so get it if you are interested and haven’t read them yet!
Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine Chibi Advent Calendar
What treat could be better in the lead up to Christmas than opening an Advent calendar each morning to reveal a different Space Marine Chibi? We can’t think of one, and thankfully our partners over at Bandai were of a similar mind. This wonderful Space Marine Chibi Advent Calendar is the result.
Advent calendars like this aren’t too big in the US, but they certainly are fun and worth doing if you haven’t before!
Fall of the Necromancer™
The Fall of the Necromancer expansion for the Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game delves into the history of Sauron the Necromancer. This tome covers the story of Sauron’s covert rise to power within Dol Guldur all the way up to the White Council’s showdown with Necromancer himself.
This new narrative journey has a whopping 13 scenarios and rules for four new legendary legions to spice up the tabletop!
The Witch-king of Angmar™
For those of you who have thrown your lot in with the forces of evil, feast your eyes on this stunning plastic Witch-king of Angmar miniature, which builds the Lord of the Nazgûl both mounted and on foot.
Easily one of the cooler bad guys in LOTR, this new figure looks sweet! Not to mention the mounted pose has some serious similarities to the old-school mounted Archaon!
Ruins of Dol Guldur™
This brilliantly modular kit can be built in a variety of ways, and you can create a sprawling fortress of darkness and evil by grabbing multiple kits. This set even contains the first Middle-earth scaled skulls for macabre decoration.
It will also go perfectly with the new narrative scenarios within the new book!
Dark Powers of Dol Guldur™ and Angmar™ Dice Sets
As with most major releases, you’ll be able to pick up some dope new themed dice!
Kreek ‘The Verminator’ Rustgouger
Having earned no fewer than 27-lifetime bans – all overturned due to fan outrage – Kreek ‘The Verminator’ Rustgouger bounds onto the pitch with a huge hunk of warpstone that he’s more than capable of using to smash opposing teams into a fine paste.
As a new Blood Bowl mini, this guy actually might be a good candidate for a counts-as or conversion model to play in AoS. He certainly looks menacing enough!
Wilhelm Chaney
Wilhelm Chaney might be the perfect opponent for the grisly Skaven. The Wolfman is an extraordinarily nimble, extremely good boy. That’s not to say he can’t savage stray players, but sometimes scoring is preferable to mauling.
While they don’t say it, it looks like this new player might be a beast at catching, making for a good last-ditch score.
Acastus Knight Asterius (Titanicus)
Armed with devastating esoteric weaponry in the form of twin conversion beam cannons, twin volkite culverins, and a brutal Karacnos mortar battery, this Knight is small but exceedingly mighty.
The Accursed
Black Library is gearing up for Halloween with The Accursed, a charnel house of short stories set in the worlds of Warhammer Age of Sigmar and Warhammer 40,000. Peter Fehervari, Jake Ozga, Phil Kelly, and Darius Hinks all have gruesome tales featured as sentient darkness grips the inhabitants of these volatile worlds.
Warhammer Horror has been mostly well-received, so if you are into that this book is most likely a good option!
Priests of Mars
While we’re on the subject of volatility, what if you had the power to reshape the very stars themselves? That’s exactly what Lexell Kotov is after in Graham McNeill’s Priests of Mars, the first book in the Forge of Mars series – which will be available to pre-order as an audiobook from next Saturday.
Cain’s Last Stand
If that isn’t enough Warhammer fiction for you, the MP3 audiobook of Sandy Mitchell’s Cain’s Last Stand is coming to reunite listeners with the outrageously self-centred and perhaps somewhat self-aware legend that some of you may know as Ciaphas Cain.
