Marvel is joining the Free Comic Book Day 2022 event with three awesome titles you can score on May 7th, 2022-check it out!
Marvel announced these will be one-shot books that give old and new readers alike something to love. Whether you want to get into a new story arc, or just read more of your favorite characters, they will have both. Plus, they are free… so how can you complain?
If you haven’t heard of the promotion before, stores across North America and the world will be giving out free comics. All you have to do is walk into the store and you can get one for free.
Pretty simple! Let’s look at the titles on the way.
Marvel Will Have 3 Free Comic Book Day 2022 Titles!
Featuring stories by an all-star lineup of creators including writers Kieron Gillen and Gerry Duggan and artists Dustin Weaver and Matteo Lolli, FREE COMIC BOOK DAY: AVENGERS/X-MEN #1 will lay the groundwork for an event that will erupt across the Marvel Universe in 2022 and drastically alter the relationship between Earth’s Mightiest Heroes and mutantkind.
We’ll have to wait and see what the big alteration is, but we expect it to be big and maybe lead to a movie?
FREE COMIC BOOK DAY: SPIDER-MAN/VENOM #1 will offer fans their first glimpse at Spider-Man’s new era and check in on the thought-provoking work Al Ewing, Ram V, and Bryan Hitch are doing on Venom!
FREE COMIC BOOK DAY 2022: MARVEL’S VOICES #1 will be a unique introduction to the groundbreaking and critically acclaimed Marvel’s Voices series. Which spotlights creators and characters across Marvel’s diverse and ever-evolving universe. The book will include new and popular Marvel’s Voices stories, spotlighting creators and characters from different cultures, communities, and identities.
With three different titles, everyone should be able to grab something they like. Just be sure to set those calendars for the 7th of May 2022. You don’t want to miss out on free stuff!
