The Imperial big guns never tire in the latest 40k GW rumor engine that looks like the start of something new!
Games Workshop just unveiled another new rumor engine and this time it looks like some extra fire support! Check out the details of the latest model that looks to be on the way for 40k or AoS from Warhammer Community.
New Imperial Big Guns Never Tire: GW Rumor Engine
This new weapon packed with rockets is actually another easy-to-place engine. There’s only a small handful or likely factions… The first and most likely is Imperial Guard / GSC as we had been hearing rumors of a new Imperial Guard tank coming soon that was scaled in between a Leman Russ and a Baneblade.
These are both popular factions so getting new toys is pretty standard for them (even though it doesn’t seem like they do). Second, there are Space Marines, because if this is a vehicle it could just be wider imperium easy-peasy.
Last a most unlikely is Tau, they haven’t gotten much love other than their recent Kill Team unit in the Octavius box. Luckily due to the Sci-fi nature, there is essentially no chance for anything AoS or fantasy-centered, making this an easy placement.
Seeing as this looks correct and the Guard are in constant need of a ton of unit updates (there’s a lot of outdated models…) new weapons on a new vehicle or Knight do seem the most likely for this rumor engine.
Although an addition for the popular Space Marines or even Tau is also still welcome, there’s really no going wrong with whatever this bit turns out to be!
