In a teaser trailer, AMG revealed a ton of new, and quite awesome, Marvel Crisis Protocol S.H.I.E.L.D. vs Hydra Minis as well as Malekith!
If you like either of the factions, the new trailer from AMG is going to be right up your alley. It adds some new characters, Grunts, and some remakes of older classics. Plus, this is just one of the most iconic rivalries in the Marvel Universe, so it’s just awesome to see it get a much bigger expansion.
They didn’t give an exact release date, but do mention the Fall. So, considering it’s already Summer, we really don’t have too much longer to wait. Let’s check out the new trailer!
New Marvel Crisis Protocol S.H.I.E.L.D. vs Hydra Minis Revealed!
As you can see, they are keeping up with the Grunts theme and adding two more sets of them to the game. The mechanic is interesting and since they added it, it only makes sense to get more of them in the game.
Let’s first look at the Hydra stuff then jump into the good guys.
Red Skull is looking pretty awesome and he’s getting a group of Grunts to join him this time, we’ll have to see how they interact, but we’re sure he won’t care too much about whether they survive or not!
Next up, they are getting a new expansion with the Baron and Zola. Both are again spectacular minis and should be super fun to paint up. Plus, we expect them to get some very interesting rules!
We already saw the grunts on the right, but now Nick Fury Sr. gets some Grunts of his own! We expect them to be somewhat similar rules-wise but with their own flair. Then, we get the original Human torch which should be able to burn through the battlefield.
Last but not least is Cap, who has thus far been just a great addition to a ton of rosters!
Malekith
The leader of the Dark Elves is coming soon to destroy the human realm! Oh yeah, and he’s riding his trusty Svartalfheim bog tiger, so, you won’t want to mess with him. He’s also Cabal, which is interesting and they say he will have some cool new Leadership abilities.
