drone spam is real 1Drones, Drones, and more Drones formed a shield wall around these Tau battlesuits. Spotted on a display board with spatterings of fauna, these Tau suits all have matching bases. But let’s get a closer look at these models now!

drone spam is real 2A Coldstar rocking fusion blasters was the Tau equivalent to a smash Captain. Being able to move practically anywhere he wants on the board and blap enemy armor, he’s the force’s quick burst of damage on a problem target.

drone spam is real 3Riptides with burst cannons and a single Y’Vhara also hit the field and hid behind a sea of Drones to jump in front of enemy fire. drone spam is real 4Taking charge of all the Drones, these Drone Controllers just hid from the carnage and worked on maximizing the efficiency of their annoying frisbees with SD cards.

drone spam is real 5Getting a Marine’s-eye view of what it would look like to go against this list IRL, it’s just Drone after Drone with a horrifying walker laughing from safety. We have to give it to Tau, they are the undisputed “Keepaway” champs of 8th edition and still going strong.

How do you like to run your Tau? Do you prefer a Fire Warrior Gunline or Drones on top of Drones? What’s your favorite Sept to run?
