Checkout the new weapon and unit picture teasers from the White Dwarf for the upcoming Thousand Sons & Wrath of Magnus supplement release!

Looks like we are one step closer to figuring out what those flamer type weapons are that the Rubric troops are rocking en masse on the cover of their new box set:

Which I guess technically hint at upcoming rules for the XV Legion in their 30k rules as well?

Inferno Boltguns! That may be music to all Thousand Sons players ears as the previous rules made these AP3!

The Warpflamers and Soulreaper cannon are indeed new however and may prove to be far more deadly as its possible these will be salvo weapons similar to the Frag or Psycannon.

As a matter of fact I would expect the majority of the points and mechanics of the new Thousand Sons to mirror the format of the Deathwatch actually, as they have proven to be the best way to field “elite” troops en masse as a cohesive army.

But that of course is just my personal option, add salt (and gluten) to taste.

Latest on the new Thousand Sons Model Release:

CSI Robbie B was on the case today with my ideas about what the pricing may end op being based of the current product mix from Games Workshop.

However it looks like the internet beat us to the truth merely an hour later!
