The hobby maniacs at Taro Modelmaker have some really amazing bits to upgrade all kinds of minis. If you’ve been looking for a way to set apart any of your Tau apart, you have to check them out! This week they are focusing on the Tau Broadsides and Riptides by giving them all kinds of weapons. Since they haven’t gotten much love lately from GW, why not throw some upgrades on yours!
Every bit we’ve ever received from them has been super high-quality and fit extremely well, so we expect these are no different. Also, if you need Knight bits, they have so much amazing stuff! But for now, let’s check out all the new Tau bits.
Tau Broadside Battlesuit Rail Guns – Left or Right: £6.95
This multipart kit is designed to bring the new broadside kit back to the design of the original model many of us miss. Supplied with shoulder mounting bracket, turntable and railgun once assembled provide a wide range of motion. With both left and right swivel and up and down tilt you are going to be spoilt for choice of pose.

Tau Broadside Battlesuit Missile Arms: £6.75
Tau broadside battlesuit missile arms are one of the latest upgrades for the tau range. Supplied as a set of two arms with shoulder joints, to completely replace the original arms from the kit. Designed for the broadside but can also be used on other battlesuits from the range.
Tau Broadside Battlesuit Smart Missile Pods: £6.75
Tau broadside battlesuit smart missile pods are one of the latest upgrades for the tau range. Supplied as a set of two pods with four interchangeable sides, eight loose missiles, and shoulder mountings. One of each left and the right-hand side is supplied with empty missile tubes, these can either be left empty or if you prefer a full rack simply insert one of the loose missiles.
Tau Riptide Smart Missile Pods: £6.75
Tau riptide smart missile pods are one of the latest upgrades for the tau range. Supplied as a set of two pods with four interchangeable sides and eight loose missiles. One of each left and the right-hand side is supplied with empty missile tubes, these can either be left empty or if you prefer a full rack simply insert one of the loose missiles.
