The tournament is over, and now we can look at which lists managed to secure a place at the top! Check out what these winners brought in their armies with our commentary on their selections.
Wolves, Tau, & Templars Dominate The Los Angeles Classic GT

3rd Place: Jeff Jew – Black Templars
2nd Place: Mark Ferek – T’au Empire
1st Place: Alex Spathopoulos – Space Wolves
Alex’s winning Space Wolves list was led by an Apothecary Biologis, Bjorn, Harald, Logan, Ragnar, and a Librarian providing a large spread of buffs and bodies, including Ob Sec, Lethal Hits, Devastating Wounds, Hit Re-rolls, charge support, and a spread of durable, efficient melee threats.
It’s like a green tide but furry.
Intercessors added some cheaper all-around models, while Eradicators lean more heavily into a dedicated ranged threat. Two Fenrisian Wolves come in as some cheap mobility options.
Infiltrators added a few more cheap ranged model options to help snipe down characters or important models. A Land Raider Redeemer brings a transport with some solid enough ranged weapons to boot.
Two units of Scouts add some super cheap models with a great re-deploy ability for some extra cloak-and-dagger when paired with the Infiltrators.
Three units of Wulfen are the last bit of Space Wolves, adding the durable dedicated melee threat that aims to land a huge charge and wipe out dangerous squads in one fell swoop.
The list ends on a single Assassin to add a flexible solo model to help target lone enemies thanks to their re-deploy ability. Plus, score an objective or two every now and then!
